Bullhead Urgent Care provides immediate medical assistance for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries. We are not a replacement for your primary care physician. Our clinic offers an urgent care option when your doctor is unavailable to you. Our immediate care services can be an alternative to waiting in a hospital emergency room.
Occupational Medicine
We offer pre- and post-employment physicals according to your specific requirements. Bring your physical exam forms with you to your appointment! Typical physicals may include hearing, color blindness and vision testing, EKG, weight lifting limitations, vital signs, chest x-rays, immunization updates, medical history review, and a physical examination.
Our clinic also provides:
Urine Drug Screen (UDS), Breath Alcohol Test (BAT), Department of Transportation (DOT) Exams – non-federal, On-site random drug testing, Customized health fairs and wellness programs

X-Rays & Durable Medical Equipment
We provide digital x-rays on-site. Our prices are affordable for non-insured patients. All results are faxed to your primary care provider.
Our clinic has a full complement of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) available for those who are injured. Equipment includes canes, crutches, wrist braces, walkers, knee braces, shoulder immobilizers, walking boots, ankle braces, and more.
Workers Compensation
Our facility will take all workers compensation claims. Your employer must provide specific requirements for UDS, BAT, and light-duty availability. We will follow up on referrals, treatments, and coordinate your care. Please note that we have an aggressive back-to-work policy.
