Eric Fergen PA-C is in his 9th year as a provider, and graduated from Touro Medical University in 2014. His undergraduate training was at the University of Nevada Las Vegas where he received his bachelor of science in Finance and Economics. Starting out his career in pharmaceutical sales, he made the decision to practice medicine and went back to school mid-career.

After three years as a primary care provider, he began training in urgent care medicine where he felt his hands-on approach to medicine could best be applied. Eric is an avid SCUBA diver and aviation enthusiast, and has been a certified private pilot since 2006. He has proudly served our local community at Bullhead Urgent Care since 2021, and advocates an active and healthy lifestyle to his patients.  

heidi gonzales
FNP-BC, family nurse practitioner BOARD CERTIFIED

Heidi has worked in healthcare for over 30 years. She began her career as a unit secretary in a burn and trauma unit. She became an RN in 2003 and worked in several areas of health care including dialysis, home health, med/surg, oncology and was critical care certified and an ICU RN.

In 2012, Heidi graduated from Grand Canyon University as a nurse practitioner. She worked in multiple practice settings including nephrology, house calls, hospitalist, family practice, walk-in and urgent care.

She grew up in the Pacific Northwest and in her spare time enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time with famliy and friends as well as traveling.

While working, her primary focus is providing excellent health care to her patients.
